Our Managing Director Sophie, joins Sestra People with a decade of recruitment experience, having built out some of Australia's most prestigious technical teams, on numerous greenfield projects. She has led some of Australia's most successful billing consultants in the Tech industry, setting new benchmarks year on year. 

Georgie heads up our Contracts function and has experience building one of the most profitable contracts books in the country, breaking multiple records year on year, receiving numerous awards in her previous organisation. She offers exceptional service to her clients and candidates, and is your go-to for any contingent or project based Tech roles.

Siena has led teams and recruited across a variety of markets over her last 4 years in recruitment. Siena joins Sestra with specialist expertise in Data Engineering, Analytics and AI, as well as end-to-end experience recruiting in Core Infrastructure based functions including Cyber Security, DevOps & Cloud, Networks, Database, Architecture and more.

Caity is our Senior Consultant managing our Software Development function at Sestra People. She has successfully built and augmented teams across Australia with expertise across Full Stack, Back End, CMS & CRM Development. She brings 3 years of experience to Sestra and a passion for candidate care and Enterprise level resource augmentation.
