Sestra People is a female founded talent provider based in Sydney, NSW. We specialise in connecting top talent with opportunities in Technology, Energy, Sales, Procurement, HR and Executive Search across Permanent and Contract based markets. Our mission is to rewrite the narrative around recruitment, championing Diversity and Inclusion and Mental Health Advocacy.
What is Sestra?
Sestra (Croatian) translates to "Sister". Sestra People was inspired by our Managing Director, Sophie, and her late sister Vanessa, who passed away in 2018 with Triple Negative Breast Cancer. Sophie founded The White Butterfly with the Garvan Institute in her honour. You can read Vanessa's Last Letter here.
